Last week, we were privileged to have a visit from David Maffulul, a former Tuxford Academy student.
David is currently studying medicine at the University of Cambridge. He came to talk to our post 16 students about Cambridge, studying medicine and the application process. Students were also given the opportunity to ask questions.
His visit was a real help to our students and a great inspiration for those who are looking to pursue a medical career or apply for a place at an Oxbridge university.
