Thank you to everyone who came along to our open evening on Thursday 25 September.
Our principal, Mr. Hardy gave welcome speeches throughout the evening and guests were invited to tour our classrooms and facilities, helped by our friendly students. Our guests toured the science laboratories, drama studios, PE facilities and much more! Attendees were also treated to live music by our talented music students.
Teaching staff were on hand to answer questions and the classrooms were full of life, with interactive games, puzzles and activities!
Three students, Zofia, Violet and Oliver gave excellent speeches on their experiences at Tuxford Academy.
Year 13 student, Oliver, praised the teachers for their ‘support and dedication’ over the last 7 years as well as the amazing extracurricular opportunities.
