Some of our students enjoyed a trip to Wonderland bookshop in Retford on Monday. Places were limited so students were nominated to take part by their English teacher. Students were impressed with the Alice in Wonderland themed shop. They listened intently to Helen, the owner of the shop and were so respectful from the outset. The conversation around reading and love of books and their level of questioning to Helen on genres and various pieces of literature was wonderful to hear.
