Thank you to everyone who came along to our Made it exhibition last week. We were thrilled to see so many families and members of the public coming to view our students’ work and supporting this community event.
Made it exhibited work from all year groups from visual arts, design and technology and engineering faculties. Students from year 11 and post 16 displayed their GCSE and A Level portfolios, and had an opportunity to talk through their work with visitors to the exhibition and discuss the projects they have been working on.
The HELM group displayed art work from their mythical beasts project and there was artwork on display from local primary schools including felt work, collage and watercolour paintings.
We have received some incredible feedback about Made it from our families and we are planning to make this an annual event. Thank you to our staff for organising the exhibition and to the students for inspiring us all with their wonderful work!
