Congratulations to our student Joe, year 10, who competes in clay pigeon shooting and is number one in the country in his age classification for ‘Down the Line’ discipline.
Clay pigeon shooting is the popular sport involving shooting flying artificial clay targets with a shotgun. It’s safe and it requires a lot of skill to hit the target as well as excellent timing and hand-eye coordination.
Joe is a member of Nottingham Gun Club and has now been asked to attend six selection shoots for a place in the England team!
