About David
I was a student at Tuxford Academy, leaving in 2007 before going on to build a career in finance and technology.
Tuxford Academy played an important role in my own personal development and provided a foundation for me to flourish. I want to use the skills I have been able to develop and experiences I have gained to be able to help support in the governance of the school and helping the next generation of students have the best possible platform for their futures too.
I became a governor by being inspired by the amazing work that the teachers and staff do behind the scenes to ensure the successful outcomes for students and in turn helping shape the strategy that this work folds in to.
