Thank you to our staff and students who supported yesterday’s bake sale in aid of our lovely Ukrainian students. So far we have raised just under £150!
The money raised will go towards books and reading material for the Learning Resource Centre for the Ukrainian students and anything extra they may need to help them settle in and adapt to a new way of life in school and within the local community.
Thank you to everyone who either baked or helped sell goods. Thank you to Charlotte, Millie and Alyssa from Post 16 Centre for their help and Miss Trippett and Mrs Davis for organising the bake sale.
We are hoping to run several more fundraisers and get the Ukrainian children themselves involved.
