On Thursday, we held a bake sale for our fabulous Ukrainian students in order to raise funds for much needed resources and to enable them to attend their respective end of year trips/residentials.
Our staff donated home made and bought cakes which were sold at break and lunchtime. Abbie, a year 9 student, kindly baked a Ukrainian themed cake for us! The staff then made bids on the cake which was won by lead invigilator Pamela Newcombe.
We raised a total of £240! Thank you to all of our staff and students who donated cakes and bought them. Thanks to Mrs Trippett and Mrs Davis for arranging the sale.
