Tuxford Academy has been awarded a ‘Champion’ gold status award in recognition of all the hard work that Mrs Johnson and supporting staff have put into promoting and supporting the National Citizen Service (NCS) and encouraging our young people to sign up for this amazing experience.

NCS is the country’s fastest-growing national youth movement. For just £50, year 11 students can join a 4-week programme designed to give them not only the experience of a lifetime, but vital skills which look fantastic on a CV or UCAS application.
